PARENT BULLETIN:
Welcome and Routines and Safety Procedures
for Returning to School
Dear Parents:
Welcome Back to school BCPS parents! For those that do not know me my name is Sadhana Lad and I will be your child’s Proud Principal this year and Elysa Esposito will be our Proud Vice Principal! Together we want you to know that our staff are excited and looking forward to welcoming students to a new school year. Safety and student well-being are our focus at Bells Corners and our BCPS team wants you to know that we look forward to working collaboratively with families to allow your child to achieve their goals.
At Bells Corners we want to ensure that your child is safe, which has led to the development of several safety protocols that will be followed throughout the year. The importance of the safety protocols ensures consistency and allows your child to learn in a safe environment. I have listed key safety measures that I encourage you to share with your child to help prepare them for what to expect for the first week of school.
Who Will Be My Child’s Teacher?
Class placements for your child will be communicated by classroom teachers via a telephone call or email either on September 7th & 8th. This communication provides you with an opportunity to share any medical information with your child’s teacher as well.
